Skull mace

I have been asked to make some maces with a skull theme. This Is the begining of the design. It will be a 6 pronged flanged mace with this piece repeated for each flange.

Mages Angel topped staff

This is something I have been working on for ages and need to get finished. So I have been sculpting in the evenings try to get it complete. It will be ready for moulding as soon as I repair the damage to the wing. That happen in the casting as I only sculpted one wing and moulded it. It is symmetrical so it could mirrored for the opposite side.

Dragon armour thigh plates

Hi all. I have been working hard and thought I better show you what I have been up to as I have been neglecting the blog.

I want to get the Dragon knight armour finished in the next couple of weeks so I have been hard and fast. I clarified in my head how I wanted the legs plates to work and they have come along nicely. The upper arm plates will be next and will follow the same design. Lower legs and then lower arms will be last and complete the set.

Been a while

Sorry everyone but I have been ill and then I hurt my neck so things have not been moving on very well over the last few weeks. I have managed to get most of my orders finished , so to all those peeps that have been waiting, very sorry and you swords are on there way.

I managed to get the demon head sculpt finished and it has been moulded. I hope to get the first casting out next week.

Dragon armour body nears completion

The dragon armour is starting to come together. I need to make some modifications to the abdomen piece so it fits better and matches the breast plate a little more. I also want to bring the shoulders out more, but apart from that I am pleased with how its going.

Wand

I made this wand for my wife for her birthday. She loves Harry Potter and I didnt like any that you can buy.

Greater demon sculpt

Started a full body sculpt that I have been wanting to do for a long time. Will get the head done first and the start the chest and arms

Elven shortswords completed

Have finaly finished the elven shortswords. Have had some problems with the foam and painting and it turned out that the foam was the wrong type. Sorted now :)

Dragon armour paldrons

Paldrons are complete and you can see the begining of the stomach armour sculpt.

Dragon details completed

Got the dragon detail moulded and cast one out today. Painted with sign writers gold, I think it looks the business

Battle Hammer

Been working on this for a while on and off. All the moulds are now good to go so I started to put it together.

The main body is cast in two pieces, the front gem shape piece is in the softest foam and the main body is a medium foam. The claws are then cast off 6 times.

Dragon armour shoulder is sculpted

I got the shoulder sculpted and cast out today. With the dragon emblem on the chest complete as well, it is starting to come together nicely.

Shortsword scabbard

I have been very busy over the last few weeks but I finaly got the scabbard finished for the elven shortsword.
